a roughed up windblade (helmet got lost in battle, fiber optic 'hair' exposed, sword missing) doing her best yuki minaguchi (from the manga/anime 'airmaster' www.youtube.com/watch?v=lB36EU… impression (the look and stance is inspired by her). the mismatched eyes are an attempt to give her a bloodshot eye look. apparently camiens have different color 'blood' from cybertronians (blue for camiens, pink for cybertronians) so that'll explain the difference on the colors of the blood on her face and her hands
